What data do we collect? B.A.C.A UK collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • Any details you may wish to disclose regarding your reasons for contacting B.A.C.A UK for the legitimate interests of B.A.C.A. UK, namely to enable us to empower abused children not to be afraid of the world in which they live.

How do we collect your data? You directly and voluntarily provide B.A.C.A UK with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Complete a Website Enquiry Form
  • Provide details of the reason for contacting B.A.C.A UK.

How will we use your data? B.A.C.A UK collects your data so that we can:

  • Empower abused children not to be afraid of the world in which they live
  • Contact you in relation to progressing your enquiry
  • Recipients of an individual’s data are restricted toState and Chapter Executive Boards and State and Chapter Child Liaison Officers, all recognised Members of B.A.C.A. UK in good standing.

How do we store your data? B.A.C.A UK securely stores your data on a secure server.B.A.C.A UK will keep the data you provide for the length of time you are involved with B.A.C.A UK. Once this time period has expired, B.A.C.A UK will delete your data.

What are your data protection rights? B.A.C.A UK would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • Right to access. You have the right to request B.A.C.A UK for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service
  • Right to rectification. You have the right to request that B.A.C.A UK correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request B.A.C.A UK to complete the information you believe is incomplete
